Diet Plan Tweaks Part 2

I have already mentioned my diet plan changes in the previous article. Today we are talking about diet plan tweaks part 2. This is quite a short article, just a quick notice to everyone, who follows my journey and maybe even progresses on their own.

The Tweaks

I spent some time thinking about my calorie intake and thought it’s probably a good time – 4 weeks before the end of the challenge – to actually decrease it. The idea behind this is that we decrease the carbs consumption slowly towards the evening. It would be a self-destruction to stop eating carbs in the morning and I need some energy after the gym, so I can’t skip my lunch too. However, I’m quite passive in the evening, so removing all the carbs would not be a huge problem.

Some people are skipping the breakfast saying that they are not hungry enough. Do not skip it. It’s the best time to consume carbs without putting any weight on. You will burn them out throughout the day. Unfortunately, there are loads of people who do exactly the opposite – they consume loads of carbs in the evening and then, of course, go to sleep. What a plan! Pun intended.
